What is an OverIT Membership?
Our goal at OverIT Technologies is to take the headache and hassle out of the tech in your life. Think of us as your personal IT department. We’re always a click or a call away, ready to solve your tech problems, help resolve a security issue, or even just answer your questions. You shouldn’t have to be an expert to enjoy the benefits that modern technology has to offer. You need a team on your side, dedicated to helping you get the most out of your technology.
Included in your membership are:
-
We use NinjaOne Endpoint Management to make sure your computers are secure, optimized, and running smoothly. We’re immediately alerted if your machine starts acting up, so we can solve any problems before they threaten your data or workflow.
-
We install BitDefender Antivirus, PCMag’s #1 rated antivirus brand in 2024. You can rest easy knowing your machines have the same protection that’s trusted by some of the worlds largest companies and organizations.
-
Whether you have a serious problem or just a curious question, send us a ticket or give us a call and we’ll get you back up and running as soon as possible. Our technicians are dedicated to helping you get the most out of your devices.
-
Video doorbells, security cameras, smart speakers, smart TV’s, smart refrigerators, and the list goes on and on. These devices make our lives easier, but did you know they need periodic firmware updates? Without those, your smart devices could become huge security holes in your home’s wifi network. If breached, your sensitive data could be at risk. With an OverIT membership, we’ll keep an inventory of your devices and alert you when they show up on public vulnerability databases. Then, when a security update is ready, we’ll make sure it’s installed before putting the device back on your network.
-
We keep track of any security events that happen on your machines, devices, or network. Then, every month we send you a report so you can have a better idea of your cyber security.
-
We’ll install a network monitor to check your network for unencrypted traffic, outside attempts to break into your network, and packets to and from known bad actors. If any security events are detected, you’ll be notified immediately and a technician will walk you through the next steps to make sure you’re secure.
